The UI was heavily influenced by the brand identity we created for 102 Scenic Drive. When branding 102 Scenic Drive we created a simplistic, upscale, elegant design that depicts luxury living with every interaction of the brand.

The listings page is the heart of the 102 Scenic Drive website. It was important to create something that is flexible, beautiful, informative, and has a clear call to action for potential buyers. We used a content management system to enable the ability to easily add and remove listings. With just a few clicks, entirely new pages can be created and published instantly making the website flexible for the client, and up-to-date for the user.
