The developers of 102 Scenic Drive needed an ad to announce pre-construction sales on the next phase of this condominium project in Lethbridge Alberta, 102 Scenic Drive. To help buyers visualize the new phase of construction, we pulled out all the tricks in our bag.

1. First, we conceptualized a plan to showcase the incredible coulee views of the new phase by using our drone for a dynamic shot.
2. Once filming was complete, we 3D modeled the entire new phase of the building, applied textures, and matched the lighting to the drone footage we shot.
3. We then 3D tracked the scene to match up the 3D rendered building with the drone footage, superimposing the new phase of the building on top of the footage.
4. Finally, we touched it up with some colour grading, motion graphics, audio processing and a call to action.

The result? A highly engaging, short ad to grab the attention of potential buyers in this next phase of construction.
