The Atlin Community, located in the heart of the Campbell River on Vancouver Island is a brand new housing development. Monterra Projects were looking for an upscale design with a coastal touch.

LOGO
Atlin’s logo combines a mountain peak and the surrounding ocean waters of the community in a subtle way. This approach ensures a refined coastal feel without being too literal.
WORDMARK
The wordmark for Atlin is designed to be an extension of the logo. This improves brand recognition and builds on a strong cohesive feel for the Atlin Community branding in Campbell River.
COLOUR
The colour palette for Atlin was thoughtfully chosen to compliment the surroundings, and the colour palette’s of the homes in the community.
FONTS
The title font “Carphe” is derived from the logotype to continue building on the brand recognition. Montserrat was chosen as a complimentary typeface to provide contrast to Carphe resulting in clean and clear communication that looks beautiful on print and digital applications.
